At Refined Women’s Wellness, we believe your care should be guided by your individual needs and wellness goals—not the limitations of insurance coverage.
As a self-pay practice, we have the flexibility to offer personalized treatment plans, advanced wellness services, and a more comprehensive approach to care without the restrictions, prior authorizations, or treatment limitations often associated with insurance.
This allows us to focus on quality, individualized care, transparent pricing, and treatment options tailored specifically to you.
While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide documentation of eligible services for patients who wish to explore reimbursement through their insurance provider. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance via call or text to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge to the card on file. Read our full cancellation policy.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service for individual services, packages, treatment series, add-ons, upgrades, and retail purchases.
How are lab orders paid for?
Lab orders are prepaid through Refined Women’s Wellness at a self-pay rate.
Can I submit my visit to insurance for reimbursement?
You may submit documentation to your insurance provider for consideration of out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt and, when applicable, an office note supporting medical necessity.
You are responsible for submitting these documents to your insurer. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards. Please confirm that your service is eligible with your HSA or FSA administrator before your appointment.
