Dr. Windom has practiced with OB-GYN Associates of Marietta since 1998 — 28 years of experience caring for women in Marietta and Woodstock. He's double board-certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, with a special focus on pelvic floor reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, urinary incontinence, fibroids, and endometriosis. A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Windom holds memberships in the American Urogynecological Society, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the Georgia OB-GYN Society, and has been recognized as an Atlanta Top Doctor by Castle Connolly from 2015 to the present. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver.

Dr. Needham brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to women's health at every stage of life, practicing alongside Dr. Windom at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta's Marietta and Woodstock offices. She earned her medical degree from West Virginia University and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago, where she served as chief resident and was recognized with the Academic Achievement Award and Resident Achievement in Laparoscopy Award. Before joining the Marietta team, Dr. Needham spent seven years in Alabama in private practice and as an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, bringing both clinical and academic experience to her care of RWW patients. Dr. Natalie Needham was recognized as one of Atlanta Magazine’s Top Doctors in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2021.

A registered nurse with over a decade of advanced injector training, Amie is known for her full-face approach to aesthetics — balancing volume, symmetry, and natural results rather than treating any one feature in isolation.

Janie Mixon, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple areas of medicine. A Marietta native, she began her career at Kennestone Hospital in neurology before transitioning to intensive care. After completing nurse practitioner school, Janie expanded her clinical experience through roles in general surgery and anesthesia before bringing that broad medical background to women's wellness and aesthetics. She is passionate about helping women feel healthy, confident, and like the best versions of themselves through personalized care. Janie attended Auburn University, where she met her husband, and outside of work is an avid reader and DIYer who stays busy with her husband and their two children.

Katie Miller, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with a passion for women's health, wellness, and personalized care. She began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery, caring for women during some of life's most transformative moments, before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and expanding her work to women and families throughout every stage of life. At Refined Women's Wellness, Katie focuses on comprehensive weight management, hormone therapy, and personalized wellness, with an approach centered on helping patients feel heard, confident, and empowered in their health. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their daughter, Kamdyn, and proudly embraces life as a dance mom.
