What to Expect
We begin every journey with a personalized consultation. We’ll discuss your symptoms, goals, and treatment preferences before designing a plan that works with your body and lifestyle.
Why RWW for Pelvic Wellness
Physician-led, not aesthetician-led. Pelvic health is treated as medicine, not an add-on service — which is exactly why RWW's OB-GYN foundation matters here more than almost anywhere else on the site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is pelvic wellness treatment painful?
Most women report minor discomfort during treatments. You may feel gentle heat, muscle contractions, or a light pressure, depending on the method. Your provider will walk you through every step and make sure you’re completely comfortable.
How long do treatments take?
Most sessions take 15–45 minutes. Many of our clients schedule treatments over lunch and return to their day immediately afterward.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your unique needs. Some women feel improvement after just one treatment, while others benefit from a series of three to six sessions. During your consultation, we’ll outline a plan tailored to your body and your goals.
Is there any downtime?
Our treatments are non-surgical and designed for minimal disruption. Most patients resume normal activity the same day, though we may recommend waiting 24–48 hours before resuming intimacy.
Is this covered by insurance?
Pelvic wellness treatments are considered elective and are typically not covered by insurance. However, we offer flexible payment plans and packages. Learn more about payment plans here.
Can I do this if I'm still breastfeeding/postpartum?
Pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding can bring significant changes to pelvic health, including urinary leakage, vaginal dryness, and changes in muscle strength or comfort. Whether treatment is appropriate depends on how recently you’ve delivered, your recovery, whether you’re breastfeeding, and the type of treatment being considered. At Refined Women’s Wellness, your medical provider will review your symptoms and health history before recommending a treatment plan. Some women may benefit from pelvic floor rehabilitation or other conservative approaches before considering additional procedures.
